The first page of each document lists the attendance record for each member of the Council. The shaded boxes in this section indicate a declaration of interest has been made and recorded in the minutes of that meeting. A summary of each declaration is set out on the Register of Members Interests appended to the attendance record. The list will also record all members of the Council during the year including those who may have resigned or have been co-opted to fill any casual vacancies.
