In an EMERGENCY you MUST RING 999 who will direct you to the nearest available Defibrillator and give the key code to access that cabinet.
The Emergency Services have a real-time online database that is updated as soon as a defibrillator is used by the Emergency services and keeps a record of those that are out of action at the time of a 999 call. One of the Annual key priorities for Acton Community Council has been to set aside £5,000 in its budget for a Community initiatives fund. (which includes spending for any new Defibrillators and replacement pads for the Council’s existing six Defibrillators).
