Statutory Notice

The Community Council at its November 2025 meeting, considered the existing three-year Plan together with the final Annual Review and an updated Report prepared to ensure the Council continues to meet its statutory duties under Section 6 of the 2016 Act.

It was agreed that the Report be received and accepted and once published on the Council’s website, a copy and/or link should be sent to s6biodiversityduty@gov.wales to comply with the relevant legislation.
